Effective May 17, 2022 the Fire Rating has decreased from Extreme/Total Fire Ban to Moderate.
Please remember Open-Air Burning By-Law 2019-035 must be followed.
Contact your local Municipal Office or the Fire Department if you have any questions about the fire rating.

At the regular meeting of May 6, 2022 Council accepted the resignation of Councillor Steven Hicks and declared his seat vacant, effective May 6, 2022.
The Municipal Act, S.O. 2001 C.25 states that when the seat of a member becomes vacant during term of office, Council may fill a vacancy by appointing a person with a Call for Nomination, review 2018 Election results for next candidate, or a by-election. Council has decided to appointment a member through a Call for Nomination.
