Consent Applications
The Central Almaguin Planning Board (CAPB) handles Consent Applications (Severances and Lot Line Adjustments) in Central Almaguin which includes the Village of Sundridge.
Applicants must complete a pre-consultation and receive approval in principle from the Village of Sundridge, prior to applying to the Central Almaguin Planning Board (CAPB), which is the approval authority for the Village with respect to consents.
